     3) the temperature of high temperature molded silicone rubber mold is incorrect. Too high mold temperature will lead to poor rubber fluidity and can not fully flow into the mold. Low temperature will cause other adverse effects.       4) Poor operation of employees. When the operation speed of employees is too slow, the rubber will be burned to death. Improper operation and incorrect discharge will make the rubber unable to flow into the mold normally
      5) reasons for the rubber itself. Some compounds are too hard or have poor fluidity after adding fillers, such as some tear resistant silica gel, flame retardant silica gel and other special silica gel. Is to improve the formula or the way of placing materials. Or if the rubber is stored too long after refining, it will lead to the expiration of the rubber, so it is necessary to re refine the rubber. Poor liquidity or expiration will lead to shortage of materials.
